We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless:

There was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), or
The item arrives with damage that was not clearly disclosed in the listing.

If you believe an exception applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right.

All items are carefully inspected, washed with clear and free washing products and refreshed before shipping. We ensure each piece is in great wearable condition-free of major flaws, odors, or stains. Some items may show light signs of previous love( as expected with pre-loved clothing), but any notable imperfections will always be mentioned in product description. Your order will arrive neatly folded, fresh, and ready to wear!

All orders will be shipped on 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location, all items are shipped USPS.

Because our items are one-of-a-kind previously loved pieces, all sales are final. Please check measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
